相關(guān)表中所示承載能力為符合ASTM A489標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的碳鋼吊環(huán)螺栓，使用溫度在30°F～275°F之間。碳鋼在低于30°F溫度下要承受振動荷載，在超過275°F時將失去強度。
●Shoulder lifting eyes must be properly seated against mating surface for full working capacity. A steelwasher or spacer may be required for proper seating.
吊環(huán)螺栓必須正確地裝配到配合面上，才能達(dá)到最大的工作載荷�？梢允褂娩搲|圈或襯套來安裝。
●The minimum thread engagement should be 1-1/2 times the thread diameter in steel.
●Capacities shown are for carbon steelASTM A489 eyebolts, at temperatures between30°F and 275°F. Carbon steel is subject to shock loading at temperatures below 30°F and loses strength attemperatures above 275°F.
相關(guān)表中所示承載能力為符合ASTM A489標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的碳鋼吊環(huán)螺栓，使用溫度在30°F～275°F之間。碳鋼在低于30°F溫度下要承受振動荷載，在超過275°F時將失去強度。鋼制螺栓最小嚙合長度應(yīng)達(dá)到螺紋公稱直徑的1.5倍。
●Loads must always be applied in the plane of the eye, not at an angle to this plane .
載荷必須與吊環(huán)在同一水平線上，不可與吊環(huán)形成一定角度。
Load Application 載荷施加方向
●For vertical lifts, plain pattern and shoulder pattern eyebolts aretheoretically equal. However, a plain pattern eye bolt should never beused for angular lifting.
●對于垂直的吊環(huán)，平的式樣和帶肩的式樣理論上來說是相同的。但是，平式樣的吊環(huán)螺栓絕不能用于斜的載荷。
●Lifting eyes should never be used if there are any visible signs ofwear or damage.
●若吊環(huán)上有肉眼可視察到的磨損和損傷，則不應(yīng)使用。
